Welcome to www.sageaudio.com, Sage Audio LLC’s website (the “website”). We respect your privacy and understand the importance of protecting the information you entrust to us. This Privacy Policy applies to all Sage Audio services provided or initiated through the Website (the “Services”) and the information we collect while providing the Services. The terms governing your use of the Services are defined in the Sage Audio, LLC Website Terms and Conditions.

When you SIGN UP for an Account with Sage Audio, we collect:

This Information is required to set up an Account (Free or Paid) and subscribe to the services. If you subscribe to a paid Account, we will request additional Personal Information from you to provide the additional services associated with a paid Account. If you sign up for an Account using a third-party service (such as a social media account), we will receive Personal Information about you from that third party and will use it to set up your Account.
Payment and Purchase Data	If you subscribe to a paid Account, our third-party payment processor will collect Information necessary to collect your payment. In addition to the Personal Information included in the User Data, this may include your credit or debit card type, account number, expiration date, security code, zip code, or your mobile phone number, if you pay by credit card, and similar account information if you pay by PayPal or other third-party service, Our payment processor will also retain Information about your purchases (your purchase history) and payment history. We do not have access to Information about your payment method, but we can access your purchase history.

Our payment processor will also retain Information about your purchases (your purchase history) and payment history. We do not have access to Information about your payment method, but we can access your purchase history.

For the purpose of this table, “Legitimate Interest” means that the processing is of the type that you would normally expect from a business that provides you with audio processing and editing capabilities and the ability to share your audio files with third parties. We have a Legitimate Interest in providing you with the service you have requested, engaging in certain marketing and fraud prevention activities, and working with certain partners to provide you with services.

5. Ways We Share or Disclose Your Information

We may disclose aggregated Information about our users and Information that does not identify any individual without restriction.

While the majority of Personal Information we collect about you will not be publicly available through the Website, your User Contributions, which includes your Content (as defined in the Terms), notes, comments, messages, images, videos, and other user generated content, are by their nature posted on the Website, accessible by other users and transmitted to others at your request. You should assume that your User Contributions will be viewed by the general public.

In addition, the following Personal Information will be publicly available on the Website: your name, user name, profile picture, who you follow, who follows you, your recently played artists, and your public playlists.

Support	If you request a support account, we will ask you to select a specific Sage Audio Support Community username that will be visible to anyone using the Sage Audio Support Community, along with any questions you post.
Your Followers	If you choose to share information about your use of the Services with other Sage Audio users (your “Sage Audio Followers”), such as a public or private playlist. If you share your private playlists, keep in mind that those who receive your playlists have the ability to reshare them without your permission.
Artists/Record Labels	You may choose to share your Personal Information with artists, record labels, or others who may want to send you news or promotional offers. You will always have the option to change your mind and withdraw your consent to that sharing as provided for in this Privacy Policy.

Please keep in mind that when you upload Content to the Website: (a) if you share a public link to your Content, the recipient of that public link can share it with others, and (b) if you grant other users the ability to download your Content, that user may use the Content for purposes that you do not intend.

We may disclose Personal Information:

To our subsidiaries and affiliates;
To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them;

To fulfill the purpose for which you provide the Personal Information. For example, if you give us an email address to use the "Share a Song" feature of the Website, we will transmit the contents of that email and your email address to the recipients you designate;

Service Partners. If you sign up for Sage Audio Services through a third-party service such as a social media platform, we will share your Sage Audio username or other Personal Information as necessary to enable your account through the Service Partner. We may also share data with that Service Partner about your use of the Sage Audio Services. We also may share Personal Information in an anonymous format with our music industry partners to help them understand how the content they provide is performing.

6. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your Information:

Tracking Technologies (cookies, beacons, etc.)	You may set your browser to refuse some or all browser cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some features of the Website may not operate properly.
Third-Party Advertising	You may opt-out of third-party advertising, and we will not share your Personal Information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes.
Targeted Advertising	You may opt-out of us using your Information to deliver advertisements to you according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences.

Check the appropriate box on the form where the Personal Information is collected;
Access your Account, and from your Account preferences page, select the appropriate options;

7. Children Under 13

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age or children whose age makes it illegal to process their Personal Information (the “Age Limit”) as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the Age Limit. If you are under the Age Limit, do not use or provide any Information on this Website, through any of its features, register on the Website, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website, or provide any Information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under the Age Limit without verification of parental consent, we will delete that Personal Information. We may display advertisements from third parties and other content that links to third-party websites. We cannot and do not control the privacy practices of those third parties or the content on their site, and we are not responsible for their practices. If you click on a third-party link, be aware that you are leaving the Website, and your Personal Data will not be covered by this Privacy Policy.

9. Data Security

Sage Audio may store and process Personal Information outside of the United States where our third-party service providers operate. By using the Website, you consent to the transfer of Information to a country outside of the United States. Therefore, your Personal Information may be subject to data protection and privacy laws outside of the United States.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, the safety and security of your Information also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping your Credentials (as defined in the Terms) confidential. We ask you not to share your Credentials with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of Information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, Sage Audio cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to the Website. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
